So, the restaurant is tiiiiiinnnnyyy. But, it helped add to the jovial atmosphere. We stopped here on a whim because we got caught in a major storm and the area is unfamiliar so instead of driving, we ate. Haha

There is an outdoor eating space, however the weather kept us from utilizing that but it looked like a great place to eat.

We got calamari and two pizzas. It was so good.

    So good.

I mean, I love brick over pizza, but this was one of my favorite experiences. The crust is thinner, unlike our local brick oven pizzeria, and you could fold it like pizza tacos. Best of both world, am I right?

If I lived there, it'd be a regular place we'd go. We really enjoyed our experience.

Atmosphere: Small comfortable dinning area with a mix of high seats or booths. When we arrived, someone mentioned that the brick/coal oven was recently turned on and would need time to heat up so it would be about an hour. We were waiting for friends so not super concerned but in reality it took about 30 minutes which enough time for our friends to arrive and get caught up. Nice and quiet interior which was perfect for conversation.

Food: We ordered a white pizza and had olives and pepperoni added. It was pretty good. The crust is pretty thin which I would prefer thick crust but it tasted good.

Service: No complaints and not much to tell. The service was good.

Overall: I would go back, not sure what is good that is not pizza but it's worth trying.

I can honestly say this is as close to Italy as you can get without actually being there.  As I spent the summer in Italy (Rome, Venice, Naples, Pompeii and Capri) I should know.
I had the margherita pizza and it was phenomenal. The crust was crispy and chewy at the same time. The cheese was fresh and the sauce was like I would've made it. Only thing I didn't like was the pressed ham pieces that they use for the pizza.
I will return for the pasta and update my review after.

I was looking forward to this place as I read the reviews.   Stopped in after a powerlifting meet today, 9/28.  Ordered calamari and a large margarita with onion.  They didn't have chicken as an topping option :(.  Well, the calamari was not crunchy and had ZERO salt on it.  Was really begging for seasoning.   Tasted like raw floor.   The pizza crust tasted good, not to thick.  But the "fresh mozzarella" was sliced so thin you could barely see it on the pizza.  They loaded it up with onion, which was good, but very very very little cheese.

5-Stars for a welcoming staff and restaurant, for parking right up front; and, for finding me a table for two when the restaurant was a peak utility.  Luckily, most folks were dining outdoors, while I preferred a seat inside.

My wife had been in the ER at Morton Plant; and, I needed something to eat.  Cristino's had excellent reviews on Yelp; and, was very close by.  My niece offered to meet me for dinner; and, we each ordered the personal pizzas... the pizzas were fresh-cooked, served piping hot; featured fresh, tasty toppings; and, had the characteristic flavor of the coal oven without being overcooked.  They were terrific!

We had the Margherita for her and Margherita Di Lusso for me.  I also ordered an Eggplant Rollatini for an appetizer, which was spectacular.

I also ordered the Night Swim Porter, which was an excellent representation; and, at a bargain price as a bonus.  Our server, Gabriella was very accommodating (my niece showed up well after my food had arrived; and, she took her order and expedited it after she was seated at my table.)  Exceptional service was rewarded with a generous gratuity.
